This honey was particularly floral. It might not be to everyone’s taste, but I found it delicious.

I ordered this honey when my usual buckwheat was out of stock. It is pleasantly mellow but without buckwheat’s rich depth of flavour and much sweeter. This may suit some who find earthy honey not to their taste, but I’ll be sticking to buckwheat in future. Service and delivery were up to Baltic’s usual high standard.

Wow, another fantastic product. Lends a liquorish/blackstrapp molasses flavour to ginger lemon tea. Highly reccomend if you like your honey bold, earthy and robust.

The Raw Buckwheat honey has a very unique taste. Very earthy and robust flavours. It reminds me of the old fashioned honey we had as children (many decades ago). It’s bold flavours makes it useful in cooking, especially when making honey and nut brittle.
You can't compete with the Baltic honeys! The quality of them is in a different league to anything I have tried before. It's like eating spoonfuls of pure wholesome goodness! I always buy the buckwheat so I thought I would try this one too. Equally delicious. I'm still on the hunt for that manure flavour (you either love it or hate it!) but this one and buckwheat ( the only ones I have tried) would be the very best honey for most people's taste. Not too sweet, but not smelling like a barnyard either. Top rating.
